We have a number of book-keepers working for us who provide book-keeping services to a number of our clients (detailed below), which vary from client to client depending on their needs.

Complete Service

For a number of our clients we provide a full book-keeping service, which we maintain in house, processing all sales invoices, purchase invoices, bank payments, credit cards, payroll entries and VAT returns etc, and providing certain of this information to the client as and when they require it.

Periodic Service

For a number of clients, who maintain their own books and records to a certain level, we provide a service whereby on a monthly or quarterly basis we attend the premises, assist them with processing any unusual items, ensuring that all bank entries have been processed etc and checking the VAT returns prior to lodgement with HMRC.

Ad-hoc Bookkeeping

Generally required if the client’s book-keeper/accountant is ill, has left their post at short notice, or that the business has grown and so requires extra resource we are able to provide support to ensure that the books and records are maintained to a high standard throughout this period, minimising any disruption to the business.

Book-keeping Training – see also Sage training

Our book-keepers are able to provide training on a wide variety of topics within book-keeping as is required by the business.
